Though the days of me utilizing these particular training insights have almost vanished, I still glean through looking for some nugget. Having now followed for decades, the idea some hard work was involved was a given. That is what I wanted. I was aware of the personal numbers you were throwing down and I admired the effort/results. But the biggest thing learned in the end for me was one could do all this and still incorporate rest. For this, I am thankful.
