Boulder County Health ends covid call-center after one federal C-19 stream dries up; keeps pushing shots, masking, fear, and stupidity
Dangerous grifters with government jobs make themselves hard to find for good reason
On Friday, the Boulder Daily Camera published an article announcing that Boulder County had closed its covid-19 call center on July 31, when the federal government’s funding for the project ended. This announcement was a poorly disguised excuse for the Camera to gin up needless fear in the community and provoke the usual pointless-to-dangerous responses to that fear:
[T]here were 14 new hospital admissions of confirmed COVID this past week. Data released by the state shows 134 new hospital admissions and 1,745 cases reported this week.
…
Boulder County Public Health created a list of measures for people to continue to stay safe. They recommend all residents be fully vaccinated and stay up to date by getting boosted when eligible, plan to get tested prior to gatherings, and follow health precautions like wearing masks and regularly washing hands.
Leaving aside altogether the catastrophic morbidity and mortality rates of the “vaccines” themselves, sane people understand at this point that covid-19—especially this far into the progressive degradation of the coronavirus into increasingly flaccid variants assigned increasingly complex names for late-night pharma-clowns like Jimmy Fallon to write and sing songs about—is at worst a head cold for those who managed to dodge the jabs, but creates a more varied, complicated, and grim set of possibilities for those who didn’t.
But not everyone may know that the incidence of C-19 infection follows a seasonal pattern, just as with other respiratory-borne viral illnesses.
I generated the graph below using the State of Colorado’s C-19 data dashboard. You can do the same for your own state, although I don’t think many people know they even have the option. This is because the option isn’t publicized by health officials, who are openly antagonistic toward people accessing hard, factual data (now why would that be?) and have had the media’s forceful help in extolling the benefits of remaining willfully ignorant.
“FW” refers to fall-winter “outbreaks” with an early-winter peak, while “SS” refers to the smaller spring-summer “outbreaks” that have begun in around early spring. What’s happening now is what has always happened with rhinoviruses (cold viruses) and influenza virus, and somehow we managed to keep the lights on and the doors open anyway.
It’s also important at this stage to understand that C-19 case totals are hopelessly unreliable anyway. Recall that at the onset of “the pandemic,” Anthony Fauci was busy minimizing the total number of infections—that is, ignore asymptomatic infections, known and suspected—so as to factitiously boost the apparent fatality rate of the disease. Which, in asserting a figure of 3.4 percent, they did by a factor of 100 or more. But later on, when it was more important to spread panic by bellowing about how many people were getting infected, the strategy changed. And if you don’t understand that it was indeed a strategy all along, not a series of stumbles borne of earnest seeking, then you’re probably going to wind up getting another jab next month with the rest of the unfortunate yutzes and drastically increase your chances of dying.
I’d rather see people live to be assholes in ignorance for another day than die unexpectedly as ignorant assholes, because only the people in the first group can ever change their minds and I am not at war with people who are wrong in earnest, however supremely annoying they are.
The Camera is helping Boulder County Public Health push this garbage now for the same reason every other public-health agency in the country did so around the same time last year: The state, and the country as a whole, enjoy their lowest C-19 infection rates of the year in early summer, so a predictable but meaningless rise in cases provides the perfect opportunity to trumpet more lies.
In November 2021, Lexi Bambas Nolen, the unmitigated moron then and now serving as the executive director of Boulder County Health, had an editorial published in the Camera imploring people to reduce the burden on overwhelmed hospitals by getting “vaccinated,” thereby spreading two major lies—that hospitals were overwhelmed and that getting jabbed is a good way to avoid becoming hospitalized or dead.
Bambas Nolen went on to note that the slovenly and demoralized toad serving as the state’s governor, Jared Polis, had “added a Public Health Order to require vaccinations for indoor events over 500 in many Metro counties,” and in general implored people to become or remain as injected, masked, isolated, and scared as they could possibly manage.
What was actually happening in hospitals was a far different story. While it’s true that many had staffing issues, much of this was owed to people used to working in hospitals not wanting to work in healthcare anymore because of the assholes in charge of hospitals and healthcare and paid disinformation-spreaders like Bambas Nolen. But there was nevertheless plenty of room to sleep in them.
You can see that critical-care bed utilization has never risen to even 75 percent in the northern Rockies throughout the entire “pandemic.” And besides, hospitals prefer to be fuller anyway—they’re nothing more than businesses hoping to do more business, and overall they have enjoyed massive profits over the past several years.
Last Friday’s article about the call center closing was useful in one respect: It gave me the names of two more Boulder County officials to hound into either unemployment, irreversible depression, or apologizing. One of them, Carol Helwig, has the title of Boulder County Public Health Communicable Disease Program Manager.
Helwig has experience being a paid fearmonger. In May 2022, she was interviewed by a CBS affiliate for the purpose of generating the same fear among citizens over an increasing number of covid cases. And like Bambas Nolen, Helwig is a liar.
First, Colorado has a population of around six million. That means that Helwig was ”worried” about the state having gone from around 1 in 18,000 or so people being infected with covid to around 1 in 6,000 being infected with covid, a disease we recently established only targets the “vaccinated” for harm anyway. And as someone with a master’s degree in public health, she obviously knew all of this, and she also knew that what she was fearmongering about was part of a natural seasonal pattern.
And second, wait, did I say “infected” with covid? The CBS story specifically said that over 1,000 people were “sick with covid-19.” Since being infected with something and being ill aren’t the same thing, especially with covid, I decided to see which bane Helwig was warning the public about—infections or hospitalizations.
Using the Colorado data dashboard, it was easy to find out.
Now that you know how floridly Bambas Nolen and Helwig lie, it won’t surprise you to learn that the concerns Helwig was raising in the “get jabbed!” story masquerading as a closed-call-center story are also illegitimate.
Another person cited in the story Fabiola Hernandez, has the title of “Boulder County Public Health bilingual support specialist.” It appears that her job is to convince the parents of special-needs Spanish-speaking children to get those kids boosted.
I wish I had known about the call center before it closed so I could have asked what to do if I had been vaccine-injured. I’m sure they had a script in multiple languages to talk people out of that crazy idea, assuming they didn’t just hang up on irritating people with legitimate mRNA-sauce injuries.
No wonder these people are ignoring my questions. They’re ashamed or at least afraid. They’ve been telling dangerous lies for years, and they’re continuing to advise people to accept poisons into their bodies. Someone like me who goes to just a little extra trouble to look under the hood and produces irrefutable evidence of malfeasance like the graphs above is not going to be popular with paid health policymakers and policy-advisers, elected officials, or reporters anywhere in the United States at this point, and most nurses and doctors are either still deluded or too petrified to admit to personal awakenings (or even three-year-old skepticism). People have to eat somehow, and the psychopaths ultimately behind this “pandemic”—both the virus and the jabs—know the lay of the psychosocial land for commoners.
Did I say reporters? Oh, I decided to ask the Daily Camera reporter who wrote the call-center article for the contact information for Helwig and Hernandez. Before doing so, I visited Aria Wozniak’s Instagram account to conform that I would probably not be getting a response from her to such an inquiry.
I decided it therefore made sense to overshare in my own way when I wrote my e-mail.
Hi Aria,
After reading your story about the closure of the C-19 call center, I wondered if you might have contact information for the two county officials quoted.
I ask because two weeks ago, as Boulder resident, I submitted a question through the county contact portal, and was advised I would hear back within 48 hours. I haven't received a response.
My letter was directed to the Board of Health and mainly concerned the emergence of increasing amounts of data (peer-reviewed studies) about the level of injuries caused by the vaccines. I mentioned the fact that the County had spent gobs of money a local consulting firm (Godot Communications) to specifically foist the vaccines on children, and in particular Latino children, which is patently and provably insane from a health standpoint (and rather undermines the "MAGA vaccine hesitancy" narrative, unless these children are all budding Trumpers).
Because I suggested they were all involved in a large-scale grift combined with a direct effort to undermine public health, I am not surprised at the silence. But I am also not pleased with it and have considered aiming to have the letter published in the Daily Camera (which I claimed I would do if the County ignored it). I would rather engage health officials directly, because even if the DC publishes my letter, the net effect will be getting on the radar of thousands of irate and deluded middle-aged women who drive around alone with masks on and the windows rolled up. This I do not need.
Anyway, while most of that was a distracting rant, if you indeed have a way to reach these purposefully recondite folks, I would appreciate it.
Have a great night,
Kevin
I sent that on Friday might and have heard nothing back. But in my mind, I am only getting started with this quest. For as long as I live in this county, I plan to make full use of its wealth of human resources, its informed and responsive public-health officials, and its progressive media. There is also a local election being held this fall, and I believe I can find ways to compel the candidates running for mayor and for city-council seats to state their opinions on covid management in context of the facts I bring to them, so I can shame and embarrass this raft of asshats as well.
I can appreciate, in all serious, why the “vaccinated” fear each successive covid “outbreak.” Their immune systems as a rule, and their specific responses to coronavirus-borne antigens, have been junked to various degrees, probably for good, by the jabs in a dose-dependent manner. I’d be mad as hell too and looking for a scapegoat, maybe on Substack, had this had been done to me. As it is, I have plenty of reasons of my own to be furious.
