Just have to note that, after attending the 2022 World Championships in Eugene, I find that the Ugandan fans are THE most obnoxious fans in the world. Somehow, inexplicably, getting access to trackside finish line seat areas whenever a Ugandan athlete medals, to do their flag waving in front of paying fans. It's some sort of fan cheating that may or may not correspond equally with their level of athletes' drug cheating.
