I must have mentioned it before, Annie lives 7 miles from the beach, and by accident near a golf course. The town lacks character, and the main road looks like a long parking lot... even magnolia trees seem out of place. I was curious enough to visit a plantation where they grew rice I believe. They had their own church and plenty of snakes slithering around.
