Yep, I'm from Chesterland, east of Cleveland. Good guess, how did you know? :)

I was and am a Browns fan (don't judge) but respect the Pirates for trying to break out of their NL Central funk.

Cape is whiter than white can be!

Running in New England is like bball in Indy (Hoosiers) and football in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida--it's a truly cultural regional phenomenon. All the cool kids in school still love to run XC and Track and it's exclusive as ice hockey in some schools and tennis. Boston being a WMM helps for sure, as does being around Molly and Boston Billy.

Did not know that about some of these villages and towns spawning runners. My wife's family lives in West Harwich, in Cape Cod. They even know about the Hyannis Marathon and Half, as they live 20 minutes away from there. Lovely area!
