How does Rideout hold all that muscle during 85 mile weeks? You can do all the meat head upper body workouts you want but at 51 while doing training that is famously and obligatorly catabolic you aren't going to hold muscle, particularly at age 51, without falling afoul of USADA in pursuit of anabolic chemical help. Like all other Masters phenom Instagram health influencers, he seems to studiously avoid tested events. Any USATF championship races? Nope. How does he uniquely hold muscle with this sort of training? I want to challenge Rideout to a 50+ USATF event every few months for a year and bet him a few thousand bucks he can't beat me at all of them while also passing all the drug tests.
