More examples of why sensible people want nothing to do with organized running, especially its cowardly appeasement of slobbering illiterates and racist grifters
My mind was blown by the outpouring of whining. I fear I was naive for thinking people knew that the sport of running values...running fast! Or at least SOMETIMES values it? Why is that so unacceptable, for faster runners to be recognized over slower ones in SOME contexts? Do these people think the Olympics should also be 'inclusive' of them for their overweight plodding? (that's harsh, but a lot of these folks need to face reality, I'm sorry)
Qualifying for Boston is not even such a difficult thing, that if these folks devoted their internet whining time to training they could not achieve it. I can't imagine being so beta as to cry over someone being recognized for achieving something that I haven't.

I'm trying to see how this would play out in other sports and just can't picture it.
