Plus you are doing this under load and not mini tapering I see people doing. Doing them during the course of hard training and then extracting the data is the most meaningful. Always love the hero tempo workout stories that for some reason did not correlate to the desired goal time. Nothing wrong with P funk uncutting the bomb on occasion, but those serve the purpose of seeing if maybe you are leveling up. It's a body of work, not 3-4 months and high ho Silver.
