That's about what the wind chill was here this afternoon when I went for a jog. It wasn't pleasant. Maybe it would have been more pleasant if I'd been able to run faster, but I couldn't partly because of the cold but more because of a pain at about the level of the bottom of my stomach that has been becoming increasingly bothersome while running of late.
