One doesn't even need to believe outcomes so dire to think mandatory vaccination for a vaccine is pathological overreach when said vaccine had no evidence for protecting others even if it was an overwhelming benefit to oneself in all scenarios.

If you average the population of the years 2015-2019 and then calculate The increased population difference with that of 2020 I get somewhere between 4.5-5%. If you put a third colored graph on that chart above reflecting those changes you would get a more accurate accounting of any changes. At a quick glance most variations seem to be around 5% on average.
