you're obviously a very good writer (much better than I could ever hope to be) ---not sure why you feel the best use of those skills is to cherry pick an attack on someone who is trying to do some good---wonder if someone could do the same about your work---that is, could they also cherry pick things you have said and use such against you as a way to de-legitimize your views---

To me Thurmberg is the analog of pro-lifers who trot out kids at their protests with signs that say "I'm glad my mom didn't kill me" or some shit like that. Or in the movie Marjoe when his parents put him in a pulpit to be a big draw child preacher. This is the world we live in now - nobody cares about real issues in their complexity - issues are just stand-ins for their all-encompassing moral crusade. Left and Right. Our racial past has ramifications on the present in complexity ways, but for the Woke this is just a weapon for other purposes. Wokeness is bad, but for the Right this is just a weapon to bring back Jesus and deny the past, even when it's complexity is fully accepted. Climate change is real and complex but one side just grandstands on it to strengthen a regulatory state where "doing something" matters more than being effective and the other side worships free market absolutism so much that they have to attack anything that might hint at the need for regulation regardless of proven efficiency. I blame the internet. It has made all this shit so much worse.

Why would global elites spend one red cent to depopulate the earth when below replacement fertility rates have been an inevitable fact for a half century at least? This is sort of your hardest to follow hypothesis. Elites are actually trying hard to figure out how to suck us into having more kids because apparently once a Ponzi scheme is begun one has a moral responsibility to bring new suckers into the scam. All the elites I hear are trying to tell us the earth can support endless people and all we need is more unbridled free market economics, technology, and Jesus in our hearts (while on the latter point some will admit even if it isn't true, the little people need it or something like it to keep acting right).
