The first sentence of their Abstract is relevant and later they even say "A direct effect from immunization is unlikely; instead, diverse psychological factors contribute to vaccine willingness and driving safety ..." So, the headline "Do unvaccinated people need to be counseled to drive slower?" must be the media being stupid.
