Excellent article, Kevin. It was very uplifting watching Malcolm Gladwell spew White-Supremecist accusations at Matt Taibbi with every feeble round during the Munk Debate.
I had, at one time, read all of Gladwell's books and quite enjoyed them though the 'research' was obviously dumbed down (e.g. 10,000 hour rule) for a general audience. However, I haven't been able to listen to him since seeing the Munk debate.
He does sound moderately intelligent on podcasts until you listen to what he is actually saying and realize that he has switched his position three times in the past 45 minutes because the host went in a slightly different direction.
