Look at that bar chart you posted. Is that generated by Brooks? The bar on the far right is not to scale. The light green block should be roughly the same size as the hot pink block, but instead it's roughly the same size as about 5%, thus obscuring visually the shortfall in hispanic employees. Not to pile on but the 2022 season was over, so Brooks literally didn't need to do anything to part ways. If they don't extend an invitation for the 2023 team then nothing negative happens. I am likely still wearing Brooks not thinking anything of it. But now my entire family wouldn't be caught dead wearing that brand again, they basically created anti-ambassadors.
